Say hello to Bow Wizzle.
Snoop Dogg just took YouTube by storm, dropping a new kids’ channel, Doggyland. It comes with songs and rhymes written by our favorite rapper from Long Beach, CA.
Doggyland features animated dogs singing, dancing and rapping to hip hop beats. All this while teaching social skills, emotional skills, cognitive skills, inclusion, acceptance and diversity.
Snoop recreates some favorite kids’ songs, like “Wheels on the Bus,” but he also sprinkles in original tunes like “Everyone Is Different.”
One thing that ALL of Doggyland’s children’s songs have in common is that the tunes are set to hip-hop beats and colorful animation.
Each episode of Doggyland is approximately 2 minutes long and is suitable for toddlers up to 8 year olds.
Although – how to put this delicately – I can see where, if you were to partake in one of Snoop Dogg’s favorite activities, you could really dig this channel as an adult. LOL!
As a father, grandfather and lifelong junior football coach, it has always been important to me to create positive and educational environments for all children. We wanted to offer our show on YouTube and YouTube Kids, which provides free access to everyone, so that all children can enjoy it
You can expect these short episodes of Doggyland to cover a wide range of topics. From letters, to numbers, to colors, to good habits, all episodes are geared towards education children “good habits, with a central message of acceptance, diversity and inclusion.”
There are currently 5 episodes on the Doggyland YouTube channel, and according to the Press releasethey plan to release a new episode every Tuesday.
