The partnership with OSN is in line with Moonbug’s global expansion plans.
London-based children’s entertainment company Moonbug Entertainment and OSN have announced a partnership, which will see the launch of the first linear preschool channel Moonbug Kids in the MENA region.
Launching on December 12, the new channel will showcase Moonbug’s comprehensive collection of entertainment and education programs for children for the first time. Shows include Cocomelon, Blippi, Morphle, Little Baby Bum, Mia’s Magic Playground, Go Buster, Playtime with Twinkle, Arpo, Gecko’s Garage, Supa Strikas and more.
The channel will provide more than 175 hours of content with a set of supporting content available on the OSN Streaming app. The best shows on Moonbug’s list will air alongside other premium children’s networks like Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr and Baby TV. All content from the streaming app will be available in English and dubbed into Arabic and French.

Earlier this year, Moonbug partnered with Cignal TV channel to launch a dedicated Moonbug Kids channel in the Philippines. The company said in a statement that there will be more single show package launches on third-party outlets to block branded chains as well as 24/7 linear chains.
